2010 is coming to an end with just 2 more days to go, and many have been posting their new years resolution on facebook, twitter, blogs and even vlogs on youtube.
Well as year holds 365 days and for me my 365 days has been ups and downs. Hence I always recall what my mom use to tell me wen I was in my primary age. "suffer now and enjoy later in life" but non of us would love to suffer. This year I did go through a big bump in life which is the lost of my cherish relationship.
Well do not get me wrong, of being an emo person and stuff, but a five years relationship isn't hard to just let go and to carry on in life. I use to be someone who listens to break up stories all the time but now I know how hard is it. Starting a relationship is easy, maintaining I have to say is hard, but to move on in life is just plain torture. Lord please help me go through this.
Well besides the down parts I have to say my dream of playing paintball professionally has finally came true. I've always wanted to join a team and train for tournament and league and now is my chance. My suite is coming in soon from the states and I can't wait to be fully geared up and hit the fields and train for the coming Sultan Cup!!!
Well my new year resolution is simple.
1) Try to move on in life. I really don't want to be in this situation.
2) Train well and play paintball to a high level
3) Get wasted at least once
4) To live life to the maximum level
5) Establish my band to be known
5 resolution is enough for me and is gonna be hard for me to complete all this resolution but at least a goal is set for me to achieve. Wish me luck though!!

Fooled by the Clock
"Time and Tide waits for No Man" a very famous saying, that time is always precious and its our lost for not making full used of it. Well but have any one of you ever let time fooled you?? Well that is what happened to me the night before. The story goes as I woke up at 9.30pm by my paintball captain asking me to join the team for a drink. Well it all went smoothly till I reached home at 12 midnight.
I was still widely awake, since I took a nice and long afternoon nap, with the cool and chilling weather which has been cooling the island of Penang for the pass few days. So I decided to start on christmas presents for my young little cousin or as I would call them the little cute monsters. hahahaha! So while I was starting on the present, I took a glance at my room's clock and it showed the time at 1.30am. Which I told myself at 2am I would go to bed since i had class at 8am.
Hence, being the natural me, I was so into designing the presents, as I was needed to paint designs on bag packs for my cousin, I got so into it and didn't look a the clock till i finished my work. After finishing I realise that I spend quite a long time into the designing which i turn to look at the clock and to my shock it still showed 1.30am. My clock literary fooled my by not working. So checking my laptop, it was already 5.45am.
Since its was just few hours to class I decided not to sleep then, and head out for my morning breakfast and am not in class typing in this blog post! HAHAHAHAHA!!! Well the class is naturally boring and thank God for net access!!! Whoo HOOO!!

2010
2010 is finally coming to an end, with just a month more to go, it is going to be just a blink of an eye, where fireworks, house parties, clubs and the entire world will be screaming "HAPPY NEW YEAR" at the top of their lungs. Needless to say, 2010 has indeed been a roller coaster ride for me.
Thinks came and gone, changes for the better and also the worst. Well I am just amaze how time flies so fast when all that happened felt as if it was yesterday or pass week. Is it that my memory is bad to recall or is it really that fast?
This year so many things happened to me that I wouldn't believe myself such as doing my degree and changing college along the way, celebrating my 21st birthday and also, a lost of a cherish relationship.
Time is just passing too fast. How I wish it would slow down a little and give me sometime to cherish moments, rather than to just let it go pass by me.

Crisis of the REDS
Hence what I'm about to share to you are some jokes which I came across on a friends profile status. It kinda creative and funny! So enjoy!
Joke No. 1
Met a fairy today who granted me one wish.
"I want to live forever," I said.
"Sorry," said the fairy, "I'm not allowed to grant wishes like that."
"Fine," I said, "I want to die when liverpool win the premier league."
"You crafty cunt!" said the fairy.
Joke No.2
I bumped into a man crying uncontrollably outside a department store in Liverpool yesterday, and all he could go on about was how he hates this time of year, dressing up in a ridiculous red outfit and embarrassing himself in front of thousands of people.
I said, "Look, Mr.Gerrard, you chose to play for Liverpool."
Credit to Sanjeevan Manoharan for the awesome jokes.

A Choice Well Made
I was going through my previous post and I came upon a blog post that i put up months ago. The title of the post is The Haunting. The post was about my feeling on leaving KDU and going back to Han Chiang to continue my degree.
I do not know why, but I can always sense a feeling when ever I make a wrong decision in life. Having return back to Han Chiang to do my degree in Han Chiang once again, I have to say that i really do not regret sacrificing the 7K that was burned in KDU. Nevertheless 7K is a huge lump sum of money, but having being in an environment that pumps up my feelings to study is more important.
I am so much happier back here. Hence I really do hope of one thing that I would not end up with such situations ever again, because this feelings of making the wrong decisions and not wanting to be there is just bad. My first dilemma was when I had to choose my major during my diploma, as a had a liking for broadcasting and also Public Relations. So at first I chose broadcasting, and believe me one week into the classes I could not sleep every night no matter how tired I was my mind was running like mad and it just kept me awake thinking if I did made a right choice. So the following week I went into one of the PR classes and I just love the class so much that I instantly took the switch major form and got the transition settle before it was too late and everything was smooth sailing, well I didn't had to sacrifice a single cent for the choice.
As for this I had to sacrifice a full 7K, well life is just like this, any how I am glad that my parents agree in letting me switch and not to hold me back in KDU to suffer there. I am happy that from the start my parents gave me the freedom to make my choices to learn what I want to learn and not what they want me to learn. To me, it is the best present that my parents could have given me.
Well, I still do miss some new found friend in KDU for the short period of time, nevertheless friend we are always able to keep in touch no matter where we are.

Hey peeps,
I know not that many people read my blog, but for those who do, could you do me a tiny favour? My friend is running for prom king for SEGI College in Penang. In order to win, he basically has to get the most "likes" on Facebook.
So, if you could please just take a couple of minutes and click "like" on the SEGI College page and then click "Like" again on his picture, i'm sure he'll appreciate your help. I will too. Thank you. May you be a passerby or someone i know, please help out.

Beauty of the Dragon
Second semester has kicked in for me and feature writing is one of the subjects that I will have to take, well I do love writing, but I have a slight problem which is I need the mood to write a good write up. If I don't have the mood and were force to write a feature, well to me i won't be able to write at my very best and tend to have writers block along the way.
This women on the other hand has taken up sports that some men even think twice before venturing into it, Miss Sarah Christine Edgar, who was born in Walney Island, a small island off the Northwest coast of Cumbia, has taken up Dragon boating to a close 4 years now with the Dubai Flying Dragons.
“I had never heard of dragon boating until one of my work colleagues told me about it, I turned up at 6am one winter morning in Dubai and from that moment on I was hooked!” that was all it took for Sarah to love the sport and to be the team manager for Dubai Flying Dragons.
Besides her dragon boating life she holds a full time job as an umpire and referee Coordinator for the International Cricket Council based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Sarah has always been a sports lover. Needless, a competitive person as well.
Before Sarah took up dragon boating, she was Muay Thai fighter who spent 3 years of her time competing and training in Thailand itself. “ Muay Thai was my main sport and I trained martial arts from the age of 11” Sarah took up dragon boating because she realise that she has never part take in a team sport and would love to give it a try as she was looking for a sport to give out the same physical and mental rush as Muay Thai. “I needed something to fill the competitive void and Dragon Boating was the perfect fit” “I have generally been involved with individual sports, the thought of taking up a team sport was something completely different for me” added Sarah.
Her team has made quite an achievement not only in Dubai, but internationally as well. Locally they have won Dubai International Dragon Boat Festival titles and Abu Dhabi Dragon Boat Festival 500 m race. International achievement are Penang International Dragon Boat Festival 1st place for the 2 km race, Hungary Dragon Festival 1st place 500 m women and 2nd place 500m mixed race.
“I am overwhelmed with the adrenaline rush of racing but the whole team experience is unlike anything else and gives you the chance to share your experiences with others.”
“The great thing about this sport though is the team bonding and experiences you have and nothing beats racing and learning from mistakes and putting together a great race where every single person in the crew is committed and putting in a titanic effort.”

So for my first feature, I was require to cook up a 500 words profile piece, which basically needed me to choose someone and to interview the particular individual based on what is interesting about the person. Merely about a skill, hobby, or something outstanding that would make readers want to read for entertainment, leisure, or to input something new.
So previously, I was working for the International Dragon Boat race as a liaison officer to foreign teams that came over for the race, and I was in charge to the coolest team ever! It was the Dubai Flying Dragons that came from UAE! Coolest as in they had the most wonderful, friendly, down to earth individuals that made up such an awesome team!! The team was a mixture of men and women, and the team manager was a young lady which I believe non of you should mess with her, as pleasant and beautiful she may be, she is also a Muay Thai fighter as well, so mess with her and get your head smashed!! HAHAHA!!
Which came to my mind, that I would write my feature on her. Well she might be a typical sport lover, but sports that she takes up make men think twice before venturing into it, So here is my article on her!
Beauty of the Dragon
In the 21st century, women are participating themselves in all types of sports and activities. Some of them do excel in the sport better then other men do. Sports like tennis, golf and many more, where it take up a physical challenge.

Experience of A Life Time
Alright this post is kinda old, but what the hell. It was end of last month, where a bunch of KDU students organize a major youth event in Penang Times Square in conjunction to Malaysia National Day countdown on the 30th of August.
Well for some reason me and Nick were invited to have a slot performance for the night. So being still new as a music duo which is on a path of forming a band, we instantly agreed to take up the slot for the event. So a drummer and a guitarist joined us so we sort of form a temporary band as it was nicer to go on stage as a band rather than a duo.
Alright everything was practically going smoothly, until the very day of the event itself, which I felt the organizers were very unethical. We didn't know who were we going to share the stage with rather than the main band. So as informed we need to be there an hour early for the sound check which we did, to only find out that the priority was given to the band who are competing for the talent section, but what got me totally pissed was, after the sound check they gave it to the other band who was performing who came so much later compared to us.
Beside that, I do not know whether these people know the meaning of sound check or not, there mathafuckers were playing the whole goddam song on stage, and when it was our turn to sound check we didn't even get a full minute to check as the previous band took up the whole time playing the song to a empty crowd. Well we taught fine, let it be.
Next thing that pissed us of was, the performance itself, the band who took our sound check time went on stage first, they took their time in enjoying the crowd with their nonsense for 3 full songs as usual, but when we were on stage, once we completed our first song we were told that we didn't much time and the next song would be our last. Our time were cut short. Once again the MathaFucker band took our stage time as well.
Alright it may sound stupid to make a big fuss about it and all, but to find out that the organizers were KDU students and the band who took all our time for their own glory was also KDU student. Isn't it a bit weird, what was worst that, we were the only band who was not from KDU, all the other performance was from KDU. I have one word for this is BIAS!!! No doubt the stage experience for the two songs was a life time experience, but is kinda pissed off with the organizers as they gave priority to other performers just because you guys come from the fucking same money sucking college? and us not being from KDU, need to sacrifice our stage time because of the other inconsiderate mathafuckers delayed your program time? it is just unfair to us who practice with our own money for studios and to be cut short just like this.
Well for me I would say that I did had a great experience being on stage but also an experience not to get involve when there is a bunch of mathafucking KDU students who are involve as these bias assholes would just do anything to let their buddies to enjoy on stage as much as they want by using other performers stage time!!! I got two words for you man! FUCK YOU!!!!

Stepping Up to the Beat of Life!!
Well it is kind of weird that I would love it, even I am not a dancer myself, and the movie has a very basic storyline pattern where a crew who has a rival crew, which they compete in a big dance off, where the crew needs the prize money for something and has traitors who left the crew, and when all hope seems to be lost they come back with a huge blow of awesomeness and take the prize and everybody live happily ever after. So not so special as it would be, but why I liked it is because of how was the movie shot, in terms of its angles, and editing where it made us as audience in the cinema feel like we were actually in the battle ground watching the crews battling it off to victory.
I was a follower of Step Up since the 1st till the 2nd and I told myself I would not miss the 3rd. It was a money worth actually, but kind of regret that i did not watch it earlier when they actually had the 3D on.
The movie did not only promoted dance and solely on dance battles hence had strong value of brotherhood and friendship. Where together as one, nothing is impossible to be achieve.
In life we will never survive if we choose to walk a path alone. No matter how we need friends and family to be there for us as we walk through the path of live. We need each other to balance up when we are crossing a narrow wooden beam of a shaky bridge that comes along out journey in life.
Step Up was good that in every scene of friendship there is a touch of reality, where as friends we will tend to neglect some of our friend for goals in life, but true friend do not leave you, but is always there for you no matter what the situation that we are facing, for these people are your friend to be kept, remembered and cherish.
So I would say Step Up 3 is a must watch movie and should not be missed!!! catch it in your local cinemas, DVD or what ever medium that you can get your hands on to watch the movie.

The Guantanamo Curse
Alright, recently a few weeks back me and my family were celebrating my grandparent's 50th year Wedding Anniversary!! (WOW!! I wonder will I be able to celebrate my 50th in future) Alright back to the story, so while walking around with my huge and bulky camera snapping pictures, my coolest uncle walk in the restaurant, and what I meant by cool as in he's super cool.
He is one of the rarest uncles that collects toy/action figures that is displayed all over his room, I'm assuming that he has at least 500 toys of all genre of games, music, cartoon and fiction characters. His room is every teenager would dream to have with dim yellow light and poster all around even to the ceiling. This uncle of mine is also a member of a band and not just any normal band but a metal band.(band name Oracle) he doesn't wear cloths like adults should were but a attire of baggy shirt and pant and cap.
Alright enough intro of my uncle, hahaha, so he walked in and I saw he was wearing a prison shirt, which is the Alcatraz Prison. This prison is actually meant for psycho people. I instantly fell in love with the shirt and he said he was going Bangkok the following weekend and would get one for me.
Yesterday, he told me the good new and I went to collect my shirt. It was not the Alcatraz, but an even better prison!! the most badass hardcore prison in the United States! It the Guantanamo Bay Prison, where suspected terrorist and hardcore serial killers are kept. He was so good make the shirt as a gift for me as I was bout to pay him back.
I was so excited with the shirt that I wore in today to Gurney Plaza, I some how knew that our locals here don't really know about Guantanamo Bay, but knowing the foreigners do was a blast, each time i walk pass a foreigner their eyes would go wide open in shock instantly stick to me, HAHAHAHA! I think in their mind that I manage to escape or what! well that wasn't the best part of the shirt.
It came in when we started walking into outlets, the 1st shop I went was Switch, as soon I step foot into the shop, the alarm started screaming like mad. I was shock myself too as I just step foot in, so I taught the alarm was crazy or something. Hence the next shop started to make this shirt like sorta curse, As I walked into Nike, just passing the sensors there goes once again! the Alarm going off with just me passing it, until my buddies was like "Ben your seriously a prisoner"!! HAHAHA!!
It did again with another outlet which I've forgotten its name, due to much excitement of the day laughing about me being a prison. Well, what was weird that, if the alarm were to be faulty, it should have been sounding continuously before I reach, or the shop keeper would have turn it off until it was fixed right? and furthermore, when I was inside the shop and the alarm stopped it didn't set of at all when other customers enter the shop, even when the alarm when of the shop keeper was also shock and started looking at me but it was clear I was innocent and just walking into the shop and not running out. All in all, the shirt has did made memory to me and I love this shirt man!!!

Grown Up!
Today, I took a trip to the big screen, with some of my buddies, Kok, Benny and Kin, to catch a new release movie titled "Grown Up" well indeed is a much watch movie actors line are just awesome with Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spades and Rob Schneider. Putting these people all into one movie is just like having a huge combo of laughters. Imagine each of them contribution of jokes and hilarious acting would turn the entire movie into?
Though it was a comedy movie that will tickle you throughout the entire period of it, but it does have a valuable meaning attach to it that many of us nowadays tend to forget in life, the movie taught us (basically me since its my review HAHAHA!) that no matter how successful we are in life or how laid back are we, our childhood must never be forgotten. Our childhood memories is what we have to remind us of who we were before and what has got us to be today.
The movie showed how childhood should be instilled in every child's life, it is not about video games, technology such as handphone and so on, but it is about the adventure we had when we were young, the naughty rascal things that we did that got us into trouble or escaped being caught by people. The character that Adam Sandler played in the movie was a very rich man who lives in a huge mansion with three kids whom he provided with handphones and video games. When he came to realise that his kids doesn't know how to even play outside of the house, so he decided to have a trip with his old group of friend with their families together, to teach the kids how to create their very own childhood yet to refresh his own childhood with his other grown up buddies.
It made me realise that, as we go what we do, what we plan to do, we should not hesitate but to do it as soon as possible. It may get our asses into deep shit, but it is a memory that we laugh at it when we are sitting in our rocking chair with a ciggy and a cup of coffee looking over at our grand children play in the garden.
Many of us has a mind set that once we reach 24 or as soon we step into the working world, action being like a kid, goofing around like a clown, dance freely by the beach, or doing something totally ridiculous should be kept into the closet and act matured and all grown up. Hence I believe that is wrong, yes we are serious during work, but when not working that is where life comes in again. Work is like a sickness, the longer you spend your time in it, the more your life is fading of bid by bid without us realising until a day when we retire and we are too old to climb up a tree of to do canon balls in a pool, we will regret on the life that we wasted when we were fit and strong to make it fun. Yes work is important to keep up living in terms of physical needs, but fun that is being cultured during our childhood days should be regularly put in running to keep us alive as a individual who really live life to the fullest and to regret a single bit when we finish lives race.
Enjoying a boat ride into the lack with buddies is just the best thing to done. |
Having a wonderful fishing time and teasing each other to a good laugh. |

A Students Life
A one fine morning, where the dew of the night sky filled the air, moist every tree leave that is fully grown, waiting for the caterpillar that soon to turn into a beautiful butterfly someday to feed on them, There was I sitting in my college canteen, pleasuring my ears to some easy relaxing blues tune, savoring the peacefulness of the quite morning atmosphere of the canteen. The morning breeze filled the air where all of a sudden with a blink of an eye, the canteen was filled with student from the secondary school just beside the college.
All lining up to the only stall buying their morning breakfast to fill up there hungry morning stomach before entering to class where knowledge and unforgettable memories to fill their minds. At this very moment I started to reflect back, just as if the pass came slapping on my face with a huge blow. The time where I use to be in school, before the sun rises. Where I would head on to the canteen straight away to line up on my favourite roti canai stall to get a couple of fresh hot from the pan roti canai.
Nevertheless, a students life would always be a life that would never leave every students mind. No matter where we come from, these memories will always linger inside us. Though it would never be the same for each of us but I am very sure that memories will be there, maybe your favourite eating spot, the place you had your first punishment, your first love experience or even the time you actually has a bad accident just because you were having so much fun. No doubt some would hurt during the time it happened, but as we grow and leave the school we once hated going to, it would be a memory that we will sit down with our friends one day to have a good laugh to.
Many would claim that college life is the best period of a student life, as you could bring handphones to school, smoke without worrying, and some because it is the time we have our legs that runs on petrol to take us around. As for me I do admit its fun, but nothing beats the secondary life, where it was the adrenaline of going agains the schools rules and the accomplishment for going scot-free for bringing your handphone to school and so on. Unlike now in college, yes is fun but the rush of doing something is just not there anymore, even you don't get your work done, or if you sleep in class, there is no punishment like demerit point nor standing outside the class.
Well there is so much things to list out but I believe you get the idea. Well we have to grow up some how and the life that passes by us will be gone but its experience will never leave us!

Are You that Desperate
I just do not get our local law enforces here. Alright it is not that i would want to make a whole big issue out of it, I am not here to rant just about a summon I got from the law enforces. Honestly I accept the summon at all cause, because it is not a parking spot, so by theory I am indeed on the loosing side, but what I am dissatisfied on is on our local enforces attitude.
It was a calm night, where Mr Foo invited me and the guys out for a drink with an occasion of Nick Leong's visit back to Penang, so we met up at a regular spot of ours which is esplanade. A place that many locals and tourist would flock to fill their empty stomach or just to have a beer or two. As I was saying, the place do not really have proper parking space set up, which my meaning of proper is designated place for motorist to actually park their vehicle. So usually many would park illegally. Hence it was a place that I have not receive a summon from as well.
Yet on this particular night, I receive my very first from the place. Worst of all it is on the "Ramahdan" season. Dear law enforces, are you seriously that desperate for the extra cash? why is it during this particular season all of you are up on your feet catching law breakers? with all the road blocks operating in every crook and cranny in town. It is just pathetic to know that our law enforces are doing their job whenever is near their festival celebration which is Raya and sleep during the normal seasons of the year.
It just make me wonder how twisted our law enforces are with such desperation for the extra cash is being displayed to the society. It just makes me look at these law enforces are like a working company where the boss will tell them, "alright people as you all know Raya is just around the corner, so if you can increase the rate of summons given and motorist who breaks the law, those with the highest number gets a big bonus for Raya."
Is that what the superior promise you all? I will pay my summon as every other responsible citizen would, but I have a strong feeling that this act will be put to sleep once again when the festival is over and it is back to the normal season. How can the society not break the law when there is such actions displayed by the law enforces themselves, how can we respect the law when they do not respect the law themselves.

1.52 am
I have always wondered how my mom use to be able to put be to bed at 9pm back in my primary school days and now I am here uncontrolled and had turn my time to a full change. I do admit that i do have bad sleeping time practice and until now I am really shock to know how bad it is.
Well it practically normal for every teenager to stay up till late, but usually will be heading to bed when the clock strikes 3am or 4am. As for me, I have come to a stage that when ever it passes 12 midnight, my eyes are fully wide open till the sun rises. It came to a point for me that I need the sun to be up to be able to fall into my long mind resting sleep. I have forced myself to sleep many times but I need the aid of sleeping pills to actually sleep when the moon is up. I'm so darn screwed.
Life has indeed too a 180 degree turn on me. When the society are in their deep sleep, dreaming of the places that they ever wish of visiting, or spending time with they most loved ones by a place that doesn't exist in the world. I am here facing the computer writing blogs and putting my mind in assignments. Oh God please help me to turn back my life.
Hence, I was unable to fall asleep, for the pass few night I have been thinking of all the things that I want to do before I am actually 6 feet under the grown of burn in to ashes.
1. Sky diving
2. Bungee jumping
3. To own a fast car
4. To own a landed property
5. Start up a family
6. Obtain a Masters qualification
7. Be able to make my name up on the industry I'm in
8. Get my dad a horse
9. Go on a Euro trip
10. Bag packing
11. Get shit faced drunk
12. To have a wedding ceremony like no other
13. Be able to ram the accelerator of a Formula 1 car
14. To have coffee with a famous person
15. Invent something on my own
16. Fly a plane
17. Be able to motivate someone to succeed in life
18. To be a dad
Well this is all that is in my mind and what I have taught so far, though I know some of it are ridiculous wishes and some are yet to be impossible, well I'm sorry my mind is just wondering and thinking crap! HAHA! so please do bare with my nonsense for this post

Wish to Return
While watching the cartoon, a sudden flash back hit my mind, and it was a flash back that indeed I wish i could relive once more. I had the flash back of my very younger days in my life. Where I had nothing in my mind but cartoons, toys and afternoon naps. It was indeed the time I dearly miss.
Everyday my routine was as simple as coming back from school, have my lunch nap, waking up just in time to watch either Barney N friends or Power Rangers. Then my mom would pick me up from my granny's as soon she finish work. It was indeed a life where I need not to worry much about anything, No responsibility, no nothing.
At that age was also a age where the word "pain", "scared" and "impossible" did not exist in my dictionary of words, I remembered I could just jump down from our school stairs 1 floor up from the corridor, nothing would run through my mind as would i get injured from this, I never think of consequences not the negative outcome of it. If an idea pops in all we had to do was just carry on with it without thinking twice. The best part of it is, when we are so kicked into the fun and enjoyed what we were doing, pain did not existed to out feelings. Nothing hurt even it should have. It was the wonder of that age. I really do miss those times and just wish to re-live it once more if given the very chance to do so.

When Hunger Strikes
Ever wonder why is it when your hungry, but there is no food around and the weather is bad for you to go out? is it because God doesn't want you to eat?
Its 11.15pm and I'm here starving!!! did a very bad mistake for eating too early. I had my dinner around 6pm and thats the bad time! The worst part now is there is no food at home for me to eat and the weather is just throwing cats and dogs onto earth.
ARGH!!! there are some frozen food in the fridge thought is is just a small light at the end of the tunnel to my hunger, but thinking of the clean up I have to do after my satisfied meals just brings the mood down!!!
Well just finish practice today and had a new drummer to the group which to me a whole lot of a big relive once more. At least the vision of us giving a good show for this years Youth Jam is going to be a promising one. Even we are not as good as other bands but our mission is to give out a clean and good show for the people who is there supporting us! Well do come for this year youth jam and enjoy yourself to music, dance and just plain fun!!! Come and release your stress with head bangs and maybe to an evening of sheer fun and excitement!!
Well, I think I shall fry up the burgers to fill my tummy!! the hunger is killing me and its making me type nonsense here!!! hahahha!!
The Hunger is making me go crazy!!!!

It Will Never Leave
I was going through my picture library on my hard disk when I came a upon an album that named school. As I open it, memories came flooding into my mind, as if it was a tsunami hitting a small island. Gushes of memories came pouring into my mind, freshly recalled all fun and laughter, bitter and sadness that we as a class when through together for the entire five years in a school that we used to hate so much and to be dearly missed of it memories now.
School was a place that no kid ever loved going. Sending a kid to school is like putting a dog in a cage, we have never loved school for all thousands of reasons. At that moment we could easily pick up a pen and write at least 5 to 6 pages essay on why we hated school so much and could never even finish a 2 page homework. That was how much we hated school, but years has passed and we have finally gain out passports to leave school for good and move into our own ways in life, some to further their studies, some to take on the corporate world, and some just to take life easy.
Even dreams came true to all of us, but deep in our hearts we actually loved going to school. All the friends, the chicky and naughty stuff we loved doing and basically just to drive the teachers up the wall. I recalled we used to climb to the schools rooftop and running around like wild monkeys set free. Life is school was surely something that I will never forget, it was a place where life lessons were learnt and groom. I just loved the way how we took school day by day just so easily, nothing was to be worried. Seriously said, here is a clear comparison on how laid back I was back in school. I have a cousin and she is of the same age as me, Me and her were like heaven and hell, she was heaven and of course I was hell. She was the daughter and the student every teacher and parents of asian mind set dreamt off, and I was the one that every teacher and parent pray every night just to change. HAHAHAHA!! well actually i'm not that bad, just a little of a rascal I may say. Alright, it was SPM year, and yes every student were studying for their life, sacrifice of time for television, computer games and weekend outing to the mall to just stay home to read read read and read, hoping and praying to memorize every single fact and note to their brains.
As for us! HA!!! the boys of 5B Georgetown Secondary school, were having a honeymoon year, homework were never done till the ver next morning when we will wait for the smartest kid to walk in to class just to get his book to copy his work. Extra classes were extra after school hours for us to head on to cyber cafe to play some games. Well no matter how we still manage to get through SPM alright. I miss the guys from my secondary school the times we had were just priceless. All of our mind we just free from worries and stress and was just filled with fun.
Well I would love to share all the stories on the chicky-ness we had done before, but if were to do so. You will never ever finish reading this particular post! HAHAHA! alright then signing off for now!! WIll be back with more!!

Some Legends are Written In Blood
"Some legends are written in blood" a phrase that was once true during the Roman Empire and soon just a mere quote for the modern world. Spartacus, a character that is of justice and truth. A loyal and loving husband and a man of honor. This character has moved me to many sleepless nights to complete the entire series of "Spartacus" season 1.
Unlike many other series like Heroes, Sex and the City and the all time famous Friends. Spartacus is a series that has been a story told that relates to our world today. Even its time was during the Roman empire, where Gladiators was the main sport and entertainment. It does relates to us closely. During the roman times, there were masters, slaves and levels of status in society. Just like us here in the modern world, we are all gladiators or our mastered skills.
Like every gladiator before, some masters of the swords, some the spear, nets and hammers. It applies just on our mastery of out job and education, like lawyers, doctors, engineers, designers and so fort. These are our main skill thats helps up to battle out in the world to survive. The world is our arena and instead of spilling blood on sand, we work with ideas and creativity to climb up the leader and to be the champion.
The series showed much of a reality rather than a world that everybody dream to live in, like every living society and community there are people with ways and intention to raise to a higher status and some just to reach a certain goal. In the movie it portrays the dominus wanting to achieve power and domination over the empire that he would use his people to kill and to dominate, yet leaving his hands free from blood. Whereas coming back to reality of a recent time is just the same as corruption and power greed, where scandals are created to bring someone down and cover up of stories from the eyes of society.
You may think that I am talking nonsense by making a typical series to mean such relationship to us today, but after spending the many quite moments watching the movie and having time to think it through my mind, this what I have come to realise. That no matter how has time evolved and technologies advances, the pattern of mankind living as a community can never been erased. What corruption, or crime and unjust actions that were lurking among men for the pass 2000 years is still lurking at this very moment. May it be the new era of the 21st century thing has not much change.
With this, I shall end and do catch this great series on Cinemax or head down to your local DVD stall and get yourself a copy for the uncensored version if your living in Malaysia.

Dangerous Present
Today is a Birthday of a young man who turned 21! and it is no other than our good friend, Benny tang Wai Kit. Happy Birthday Man!!! Alright moving on to the story. Wai Kit celebrated his 21st birthday party yesterday, by renting an apartment in Bayu Emas. It was a potluck party.
It was a great party I may say, loads of beers and alcohol to go around so was the food. I do not think everyone on the invited list came as well, but it was also a plus sign for us that not everybody turn up for the party, it was so god dam crowed!! even with 3 full blast running air cons could not cool the place down. So just picture in your mind how crowded was it.
The party started of on a low gear where everybody was busy eating and watching some chinese movie on 8tv, something about a ghost story as it is the ghost month at the moment. It was a very old movie, as we could see the quality of it from the effects and actors and the probs.
So after the movie was over, Ah Kin brought out the most perfect game ever to be played. It was the TWISTER!!!!! Hahaha! for those who haven't heard of it, it is a game where a needle would spin and the two people who are playing will be given the instruction to place their hands and feet on selected colours base on the needles instructions. Example for it is like, Right foot Red, Left hand blue, right hand green, left food yellow. So with these instructions, the player needs to place themselves on the colours assign to them.
It was indeed, a great game to be played during a party, which create much joy and laughter to every soul in the party. Well all in all, it was a great party and pictures shall tell most of the story. just click the link placed below to view the pictures of the party!!!!!
Hence the danger doesn't comes from this activities that were done throughout the night! it was the present that was given to the main Birthday boy! it was a handheld taser and a army pocket knife. The taser was a mere dangerous thing period! Just by the sound of it made every guys balls in the room shoot up to their brains and dicks were inverted inside by the sight of it. It was seriously a scary thing to encounter! trust me,
A quote from Vick Quah!
" come any closer with the taser and you will see me piss my pants!!"
So if you wanna see the games we played and the taser. click on the link below and head on to my Facebook album to view them!!!

Friday The 13th!
Jason! the icon for friday the 13! has become a day where is to believe all misfortune and dark cloud to appear on everybody. A day where horror is believe to strike, and to top it off this friday the 13 is also in the month of the chinese believe as the ghost month, where the gates of hell opens up and all the disturb souls of the under world comes lurking on the living world.
Well if i were to believe in such superstitious, I would have categories my experience of friday the 13 as the most unfortunate day for me. Sadly I do not believe in such, I would consider mine base on the famous quote of "every cloud has a silver lining". The story of my Friday goes as such.
It was 7.00am and I needed to rub those sleepy-ness out of my eyes, as I needed to send my brother to school and head down to college for my morning class. When walked into the bathroom to have my bath, the water heater choose to break down on that very morning where is was also raining heavily the previous night, leading to icy cold water the next morning. Well 1st misfortune of the day. Surprisingly, the drive on the way to drop my brother off to school, not a single road traffic at all, it was a nice smooth sunday like drive, which I would say was the silver lining from the misfortune of the water heater in the morning.
Next misfortune came in when i reach college. I was in the canteen having my morning breakfast when I saw my head of school walking towards my way and with much respect for her, I raise my hand and greet her to cheerful Good Morning. She stop at my table and had a conversation with me that goes:
Me: Good Morning Miss Jenny!!!
Jenny: Good morning, so early today ar??
Me: ya! got morning class and need to hand up assignment also.
Jenny: whose class? and what subject?
Me: feature writing class lo, with Mr Chan!
Jenny: OH!! MR CHAN AR!? He just called in and say he will be late so just ask your class mate to wait around ok?
Me: oh I see alright no problem.
So she left me to my breakfast and came back to me after 10 minutes.
Jenny: BENEDICT! Mr Chan say he is canceling class, as his house is flooded and he is stuck.
Me: OH wonderful. thanks for info Miss Jenny
Well the second misfortune, up and ready for college and class just cancel on your attendance. Well what the hack I had a silver lining to it as well, it very rare for me to be up this early and at last i got a chance to go for a second dim sum breakfast later with Benny and Kin.
After the wonderful filling breakfast i head home on the way picking up my bro back from school as it was friday school finished early. As soon I was home, i went for a wonderful nap, full tummy + awesome cooling weather = wonderful napping time. So not to waste such good combination i had a good 5 hours sleep before waking up to attend my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary at starview restaurant located at new world park. Yet again it was food and a good meal, and when it was time to leave, my grandpa handed me the car keys as he needed me to drive due to his consumption of alcohol. Once done paying the parking ticket, I came to realise, that the car key was missing from the ring, as I was holding only the alarm control and my house key. Well it was time to set a search party looking for the key, but failed to locate any around the area. So came in the third misfortune for me, my mom had to take my grandparents home and I had to wait at new world park for the spare key to arrive to that I can drive the car back.
Everybody was home showered and change to their PJ and I was still waiting at new world park chit chatting with the security guards there. I do thank them for helping me find my key as well. Well it was around 11.45pm when Peng Seong arrive to hand me the key! THANK GOD that he was free and could help me by bringing me the key!!!
Well my silver lining for the 3rd dark cloud that fell on me came as I step into my house with my grandma waiting for me and handed me a 50 dollar note, for my trouble of taking pictures for them and also to wait for the car key and all. I really needed some extra cash due to practices and all. So it was a day that I would believe that everything that happens to us, are not always bad. It usually contains a good reason for it to happen. Well i haven't really figured out the reasons, but I believe all the misfortune that happened to me on the very iconic friday had a cause behind it.
So, how did your friday the 13th when for you?

When Assignments Take a Toll
Stress! this word pops up in every individuals minds today. May he/she be as young in primary education to a full time working adult in the corporate company, stress is the word and feeling that everybody has in their minds daily.
It is everywhere, and believe me it is everywhere, there is no place that we can go and not encounter stress. In school we get stress from assignments, homework, screwed up teachers. Work (in all kinds of field) we get screwed up bosses and students, endless pile of work day in day out that doesn't seem to be done. Aside from all those, a trip to the mall can even bring you stress from the lack of parking spot, a broken ATM machine when you need to draw money, well i think you get what I mean and where I'm heading.
Yet, what is the best solution to it?? if put in my point of view and my experience would be "friends"! YES! friend, they are the ones that can really take your mind off just about anything which is bothering you.
Friends come in many form of shape and sizes and colour. The group of people I know are the best that I can ever have, when ever I'm caught up in stress from assignments or problems they are just the best medication for it. They just crack you up in every way possible. No individual would resist from smiling to the act that they will portray. I really do thank god for the friends that I have come to know throughout my entire life here.
If to be mention, some of them are like Jeremy, Daryl, and Ernie. This 3 people has always been the jokers among us and there is nothing that they have not done to give the group life. As soon they start moving those chicky lips of them of them, all our faces will be filled with smiles. Well for those who know who these people that I've mentioned they would understand what I mean, but for those who don't here are some videos for you to watch to understand! hehehe enjoy!!!

Back with Style
Alright I know i should be in jail, if there is a law for a need to update your personal blog every week, as I've stopped for like months since my last post were up. If I'm not wrong is close to a year. Well I'm back to breath in life to it with some content.
The Penang International Dragon boat annual event is finally back and its the 1st Club Crew Commonwealth event. Teams all around the world were invited to compete in the event. Same as the previous years, but this year there were more teams, new as well as they were, India (Kolkata Dragon Boat Team), Trinidad and Tobago (The Titans), Macau ( IACM, Free Dragon), Hong Kong( Friends of winners club) UAE (Dubai Flying Dragons), Canada, Singapore ( Taman Jurung) and Philippines( Bugsay Boracay)
This is an event that I will never think twice to say YES! and to commit myself to the job as the liaison officers for the team. It is a job where I dearly love. Furthermore, with the knowledge of the return if UAE i immediately book myself for their team, as to me they are the most discipline, easy going, fun team to liaison for without problems and hassle.
Well the event was a mainly 2 day event, but some teams will arrive early and might want to visit our fine relaxing island with is filled rich heritage and culture. That is where we as liaisons will have to take them around to be their tour guide and mainly to be in assistance to their needs in every way possible.
All in all, I would say as long I'm here in Penang and the event is still going on annually, I will surely to be there serving teams for the race. I just love the memories and experience.
To UAE! Dubai Flying Dragons, all the best in Macau for the race this coming weekend!!!! Cheers

The Haunting!
Its 3.33am and i'm right here writing this post!! and to top it of i need to be at youth park later at 7.30am! yet i'm still not on my bed with Zzzz coming out of my mouth!
The reason is the feeling which i cant even describe it! and i keep thinking of quitting KDU and to go back to Han Chiang to do my degree instead! but the down part is the fees i paid to KDU was already 7K.
I dunno is it me or what is just that KDU doesn't has the atmosphere that makes me excited to go to college to study, its not a perfect study environment for me, but yet i'm scared of the cert, if i go back to han chiang will it be an easy route for me to further my masters degree in future?
This is a freaking huge confusion for me!! what should i do? i do not know, but something tells me i should follow my this feeling and go back to han chiang, because i had this same feeling during my diploma in han chiang, i choose broadcasting to major at first, but being in that class for just a week i was having this disturb feeling, because i had my mind on PR as well, as soon i change over to PR, everything was once again peaceful!! so should i follow this choice right now??
